Terms

  1. Cell2 provides warranty to the direct customers of Cell2 products and is not transferrable to a second-hand purchaser.
  2. Cell2 warrants the products against defects in material and workmanship. Unless otherwise stated, Cell2 will repair or replace (at it’s option) any parts of electronic assemblies of the unit which disclose a defect in material or workmanship that has been installed and operated in accordance with instructions provided in the manual within the warranty period.
  3. Under warranty, Cell2’s maximum liability is limited to the current product price. Cell2 will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages and assumes no responsibility or liability for expenses incurred in the removal and/or re-installation of products requiring service and/or repair; nor the packaging, handling and shipping.
  4. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied merchantability or fitness for a particular use.

Conditions

  1. The warranty is not applicable to products that have failed due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, excessive voltages or alterations to the product that effects, in the manufacturers judgement, intended use and service.
  2. Plastic / Metal wear and tear that naturally or inevitably occurs as a result of normal usage or aging is not covered under warranty.
  3. This warranty will be void when using or substituting other than Cell2 system components, such as remote lighthead assemblies, xenon flash tubes, strobe power supplies, siren amplifiers and etc.
  4. The warranty will not cover products that are unable to verify its manufacture date, original purchaser of origin.

RMA Process

  1. A return merchandise authorisation (RMA) is a part of the process of returning a product in order to receive a repair; a replacement, or a credit refund during Cell2’s warranty period.
  2. The applicant company must complete a CELL2 RMA Form to obtain an authorization and a RMA Number from the sales representative to process any RMA product(s). This includes providing Manufacture Date Code or Commercial Invoice with a clear indication of purchase date and specifying the reason of return to determine warranty eligibility.
  3. All returned items without this authorisation and a RMA Number will not be accepted and may be returned to its original sender at his/her own expense.
  4. Partial or missing of required information may affect the RMA process time.
  5. Supporting document(s) such as photos and videos could greatly speed up the RMA process.
  6. If a credit refund would be issued, the RMA credit value is based on the products original commercial invoice.

Cell2 reserves the right to modify this warranty statement at any time; or discontinue, modify, or upgrade any products of its manufacture with design improvements without prior notice. Document effective November 2017 and supersedes all previously dated policies and statements.
