Beacon Mounting Adapter for Vehicle Applications

 

This custom-designed mounting adapter was created for a client seeking to elevate a vehicle light beacon by precisely 20mm. Our team ensured a seamless surface finish that matched the beacon’s original look, providing a professional and cohesive appearance. The adapter incorporates three screw holes, each fitted with durable inserts and spaced 120 degrees apart, offering secure and easy installation. This project showcases our precision in custom 3D printing and our commitment to delivering tailored solutions that meet exact specifications.

Custom Shrouds forVehicle Lighting Modules

These precision-designed shrouds allow for seamless integration of lighting modules onto curved surfaces of larger vehicles. The assembly comprises three interlocking parts that securely encase the lighting module, with an additional curved back piece that ensures a snug fit. Threaded holes enable easy attachment, providing a stable and durable mounting solution. Custom Ventilated Shroud for Emergency Lighting Module

This custom shroud was developed to house a large emergency lighting module, specifically designed to fit seamlessly inside a 30-degree windshield. The structure includes a hexagonal ventilation pattern, allowing for effective airflow to prevent overheating. Engineered for a precise fit and stability, this shroud showcases our ability to design bespoke solutions that balance functionality with the technical requirements of complex vehicle surfaces.
